CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, olympians, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.  Gain strength, endurance, improve cardiovascular performance, lose

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing in one area.   We teach Functional movements.  What does this mean?  Simply put, every movement we teach in CrossFit Wild, you also use in every day life.  We like to see our athlete see results from a great program rather than side effects from medications due to poor body conditioning, to include nutrition.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability.  Making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We have used our same routines for the young and young at heart.  We scale load and intensity to the athlete!!

WHAT IS CrossFit?

CrossFit is a fitness program designed for all ages and fitness levels. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity not the programs.

CrossFit classes are designed to be broad, general, and inclusive. We constantly vary, (always change) functional movements, and perform them at high intensity. The workouts elicit a maximal neuro-endocrine response from your body by taxing it to it’s core with a variety of mulit-joint, full-body movements. We define fitness by the competency on each of the 10 categories: Cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We rotate a 5 day on and 2 day off model which means that each day every week will be something different.

Most people struggle with where to begin when starting a fitness routine but they know that they need to improve their lifestyle in regards to eating habits, sleeping patterns, water intake and exercise. People also rarely stick to a program long enough to see lasting results or they feel they don’t have enough time during the day.

CrossFit is different. Regardless of your age, sex, or athletic abilities, we all need the same tools to perform everyday tasks. From your grandmother to an experienced power lifter, our bodies move the same and require the same muscles to execute those tasks. It is a proven system that will get you those results period.
